Firstly we do not operate a "call out fee" like some of
our competitors. Give us a call on 07739 025 285 and
speak to the actual technician who will be calling out to
you (not a call centre) and arrange a mutually agreed
time to visit.
Its simple; we charge a fee which includes the first
hours labour, if the problem is not resolved within that
hour additional charges are made for every 30 minutes
afterwards. No work will be carried out until you have
authorised us to do so and only after you are totally
